We provide the kids a safe environment where they can have fun learning a great sport, gain self-confidence, increase fitness and make new friends. The lessons follow the same basic structure as the adult classes with basics first followed by more advanced techniques.  This makes it easier for beginners to follow along. 

We combine basics with new techniques to give the students a good foundation and variety to keep them engaged. Where and when appropriate we highlight those areas that can be applied to self-defense.
